Leavenworth is eight minutes down the hill.
Fifty-odd inns, hotels and rentals within ten minutes, which is the first question every out-of-town guest asks and the first thing a planner wants solved. Tell us your guest count when you enquire and we will point you at the properties that handle a wedding block well.

What happens if it rains?
The tasting room takes the whole party indoors. We decide with you on the day rather than making you commit weeks out.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Bring your own, or use one of the people we have worked with for years and know can handle the drive and the kitchen here.
Can we serve beer and spirits?
Wine is Silvara’s and poured by us. Anything beyond that has to go through a licensed bar service — ask us and we will explain how other couples have handled it.
How late can the music go?
The rental ends at 11:00 PM. Amplified music outdoors winds down before that; we will tell you exactly when for your date.
Is the site accessible?
The tasting room is accessible. The terrace has a few steps, and we can arrange an alternative route — tell us in advance and it will be sorted before your guests arrive.
Can we hold a date?
A signed contract and a deposit hold it. Until then the date is open to whoever books it first, which is the honest answer and the reason peak Saturdays go a year out.
What is included in the fee?
The venue for the evening, the parking, and our people on site. Tables, chairs, catering and the planner are yours to arrange.
Do you do rehearsal dinners?
Yes, and an igloo evening in winter is a good one. Ask when you enquire and we will price the two together.
