Let’s be honest: terms like “mouthfeel” and “minerality” aren’t words most of us throw around in everyday conversations. Winetasting can be an intimidating endeavor, but it doesn’t have to be. After all, wine should be enjoyable!
Over the course of 90 minutes we will guide you through a variety of Silvara wines, identifying their different characteristics and introducing you to the language spoken by winemakers around the world.
Your guide for this journey will be Silvara Cellars’ very own Arieca Every, our tasting room manager and trained graduate of CWU’s Global Wine Studies program.
Cost to participate is $25/person ($20 for Silvan Society members).
