About The Event
The Hot Stove Society comes to Leavenworth! The famous cooking school operated by Tom Douglas Restaurants returns to Chef Fest to offer up an evening of learning, libations and live music at the stunning Silvara Winery.
“SMOKE & FIRE” Cooking Class: 20 lucky VIP ticket holders will join Hot Stove Society Chef Lexi Ochoa and Tom Douglas Executive Chef Chris Schwarz for a one-hour class that will teach you how to really get that grill fired up this summer.
Hot Stove Society Demos and Wine Pairings: Chefs Ochoa and Schwarz will then be joined by Chef Tori Mann of Lola (Seattle) and Chef Kyle Johnson of Home Remedy (Seattle) as they demo and serve outdoor apps paired with Silvara wines.
Appetite for the Arts Pre-Auction: One (and only one) very special Hot Stove Society package will be up for bid at this event including a trip to Seattle to experience a course at the Hot Stove Society first-hand.
