Opening with fresh fruit acids and spicy Tellicherry pepper, this lively Syrah offers flavors of black currant and a touch of dark chocolate which mellow to a rich, meaty flavor and satisfying velvety mouthfeel. With age, the bright acids will soften into a lingering finish. Upon opening, decant for an hour and be delighted by the smooth, enticing aromas and flavors of dried fruit, mellow spices and a whiff of smoke.
